Arthritis is a condition where your body immune system produces inflammation that causes pain and your joint become swollen and damaged. Arthritis affects the muscular and skeletal system, specifically the joints. The main symptom of arthritis are joint pain and stiffness which typically increases with the age. This can lead to a reduction in movement and the breakdown of bone and cartilage. It can also cause the damage to other parts of the body including lings, eyes, nerves, and the skin.
Apart from this also some type of arthritis effect the body and have high risk associated with it. Some other type of arthritis are Infectious arthritis, Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, Gouty arthritis, Pseudo-gout arthritis, Lupus arthritis and so on.
In fact there is no cure for arthritis but there are a number of treatments that can help you to improve the condition of the arthritis and joint pain. Some of the treatment procedure of the arthritis are :
- With the help of medication you can improve the symptoms of arthritis
- In severe cases, surgery may be recommended
- Regular exercises including yoga can also beneficial for curing the arthritis
- Reduce your extra weight from the body and always take a healthy and well balanced diet
